Emerging Crisis: New Humanities and the Mimetic Theory

The Colloquium on Violence and Religion’s Annual Meeting will be hosted by Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. More information is available at the COV&R conference website.

  • Registration: Closed.
  • Meals: The meal-plan includes lunch for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The closing banquet Saturday evening is a separate charge.
  • Lodging: Links to several recommended hotels are available at the COV&R conference hotel website.
  • Hotel transportation: Transportation to the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana is offered for the two hotels that are farthest from the conference site.
  • Cultural package on Saturday afternoon:
    * Paramuro Trail and Basilica of Monserrate
    * Visit to the Historical center
  • Membership: While membership is not required to attend the conference, there is a discount for active members. You may join or renew WITH your registration below.
  • Cancellation Policy: No fees will be refunded for cancellations after June 20, 2022. All cancellations prior to the deadline are subject to a $25 administrative processing fee.
