Welcome to the 2022 AAPT Biennial International Workshop-Conference registration site. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone again, after the pandemic pause, to celebrate our theme “(Re)Newing Communities.” We will meet at Otterbein University in Westerville, OH (just north of Columbus), from Thursday morning, July 28, 2022, through Sunday morning, July 31, 2022.

    • Registration: Closed. Final registration deadline is Friday, July 22.
      The AAPT welcomes families. Only the conference participant must pay a registration fee, but every family member eating in the Otterbein cafeteria must purchase their own meal plan.

    • Lodging: Final reservation deadline is Friday, June 24 (extended) Wednesday, July 13, 2022. (Closed)

    • Meals: Final reservation deadline is July 22, 2022.

      Participants who are bringing their families should order a meal plan for each family member who will be dining in the cafeteria. Family members are welcome to attend the Friday banquet for an additional fee.

    • Membership: While membership is not required to attend the conference, there is a discount for active members. If you are not an AAPT member and would like to register for the conference at the member rate, please add dues below or join at the AAPT Membership page to create your own username/password.

    • Cancellation Policy: No fees will be refunded for cancellations after July 22, 2022. All cancellations prior to the deadline are subject to a $25 administrative processing fee.
