It was sponsored by the Royal Institute of Philosophy and other UK philosophy organizaions, in cooperation with the International Federation of Philosophical Societies. Proceedings were not published, but these Documents from the XVIII World Congress of Philosophy provide an overview of this event. The conference program and 1st circular are freely available.
