Society for the Philosophic Study of the Contemporary Visual Arts (SPSCVA)

The Society for the Philosophic Study of the Contemporary Visual Arts is a non-profit organization dedicated to furthering the philosophic discussion of film and the contemporary visual arts. It sponsors presentations at its divisional sessions, held in conjunction with meetings of the American Philosophical Association, and publishes the journal Film and Philosophy. Membership includes online access to all issues of this journal and a print copy of the current volume. More information is available at www.spscva.net.

The Philosophy Documentation Center provides membership services for the Society, as well as online hosting and print distribution for the journal. Dues payments, renewals, and online access can be managed on this site.
