The Philosophy of War & Peace
Jenny
Teichman
This books expounds the things philosophers, jurists, clergyman,
soldiers, and politicians have had to say about war and wars. It also
describes certain real military practices and some real anti-war
campaigns. The author takes the concept of war to cover international
conflicts, revolution, insurgency, terrorism when it has political aims,
and the wars which dictators wage against their own people - as in
Soviet Russia, Iraq before 2002, and parts of Latin America.
