the University of Notre Dame.

Banquet: On Saturday evening, April 6, there will be a conference banquet and all participants are
invited to attend. The cost of the banquet is $35 per person.
Proceedings: You can reserve a print copy of all papers presented at the meeting for an
additional fee. (note: electronic PDF copy will be offered for free)
Membership: Active membership will be required to
attend the conference.
Cancellation Policy:
No fees will be refunded for cancellations after March 28, 2013.
