Shipping & Handling

Please allow 1-3 weeks for standard delivery within the U.S., and 4-6 weeks for standard delivery outside the U.S. There is no additional shipping charge for journal orders unless otherwise specified. Please see each journal's home page for further information.

Claims and Returns

Your satisfaction is guaranteed or we will refund your purchase price. Returns will be accepted within six months of shipment if the publication is still in print and the item returned is still in saleable condition. Returns should be packed sufficiently to ensure the safe and undamaged return of the item, and sent by some trackable method to guarantee delivery. We cannot accept returns for items returned in non-saleable condition. Authorization by phone or mail must be obtained prior to the return of any publication. No credit will be given for unauthorized returns.

If you receive an item damaged in shipment, please call us immediately for a replacement. Original purchase order number and/or our invoice number must be cited.

Claims for missing journal issues will be honored if made within six months of publication for U.S. addresses and within twelve months for non-U.S. addresses. Please provide purchase order numbers, invoice numbers, and photocopies of checks with your claim to facilitate processing.

Bookstores, please note that a 10% restocking fee will be charged on returns of overstock.
