Hume Studies
Hume Studies is an the interdisciplinary scholarly journal dedicated to publishing important work bearing on the thought of David Hume. This peer-reviewed journal is receptive to a wide variety of topics, methods, and approaches, so long as the work contributes to the understanding of Hume's thought, meets the highest standards of scholarship, and demonstrates mastery of the relevant scholarly literature. Hume Studies is published by the Hume Society in April and November each year, and the Philosophy Documentation Center manages institutional subscriptions to the journal. Hume Studies is indexed in Article@INIST, ArticleFirst, FRANCIS, Expanded Academic ASAP, Index Philosophicus, InfoTrac OneFile, International Bibliography of Periodical Literature (IBZ), International Bibliography of Book Reviews of Scholarly Literature (IBR), International Philosophical Bibliography, Periodicals Index Online, and Philosopher's Index. Hume Studies also participates in POIESIS: Philosophy Online Serials, and the fulltext of the most recent issues can be searched online at libraries that subscribe to POIESIS. Tables of contents for all issues from Vol. 19, No. 2 (November 1993) to the present are freely available here. Print copies of these issues are available from the Philosophy Documentation Center. Please note that the Philosophy Documentation Center only offers institutional subscriptions to Hume Studies.
