Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center Cancellation Policy: No fees will be refunded for
cancellations within 5 days prior to the conference.
All cancellations prior to the 5 day deadline are
subject to a $25 administrative processing fee. Banquet: On Saturday evening, April 24, there will be a conference banquet and all participants are
invited to attend.
Reservations made after April 14 will be $75 and cannot be
guaranteed.
Proceedings: Copies ordered after April 14 will be $30 and availability cannot be guaranteed. Philosophy Documentation Center
